Baxter seat?

Is Cristiano Franzi nominated to represent Baxter on Spectral's BOD?

This MarketScreener site updated 3/4/2024 lists him as a Chairman on another Baxter board.

"Cristiano Franzi is currently the Chairman-Supervisory Board at Baxter Healthcare SA."

Spectral should disclose who submitted his nomination and who he would be representing. (this is disclosed and clear with the seats representingToray and Birch Hill)

Not sure how Spectral coulld ask shareholders to vote on a Director while withholding such information.

He is also still listed as a VP on Baxter's own site..

When the time comes to be, Spectral isn't going to be negotiating with Baxter, She's going to be up against PE. If anything, having the old warriors from Baxter and Vantive, will be a good thing, in the end.
