Can't fathom what your post means O&G.  For a trade to take place there must be a seller and a buyer.  If someone tries to sell something but there's no buyer then how can a sale occur?  Simply put if a gas station tries to sell say 100 lites of the stuff but nobody buys it do they have a net negative sell of 100 litres?  In the real world we call no sale of goods

Thanks for the backup which I have checked against a legitimate site and your more recent post is accurate with Dr Walker selling 100,000 shares on July 16.  The original post you had looked homemade and had 100,000,000 shares of Spectral Medical in question.  As that is over 25% of total outstanding shares it looked absolutely contrived.  And received a response that was

More lies from the pumper. Walker holds about 580K shares after the latest sale (last column). The other holding are in options, deferred shares and restricted shares. Could be any number of things.. Including taxes etc.   200k shares options were exercised at 0.36 per share and he decided to part with 100k shares at 0.49 .. Thx Tech1 I was too lazy to dig out the numbers.  Total direct and indirect owned by Walker  = 4.866M shares.  100k sold represents about 2% of his total position  If it ultimately goes to $3.50 CAD/sh on FDA approval/buyout, he generates only $16,681,000 in total proceeds vs $17,031,000 ( had he kept the extra 100k )  The poor guy has been waiting a quarter
