Franzi (former Baxter exec) was granted 104,478 DSU's on Aug 16 and reported on Aug 19.  Large initial grant to him so significant.  I think this bodes well for where we're heading.  Too many positives to ignore.  Wishing all the real shareholders here the best!

I wouldn't be surprised to hear Mr. Franzi is front and centre in the negotiations between Spectral Medical and the Carlyle Group. The success of these negotiations could mean the end of Spectral Medical as a separate entity so an award of DSU's would be an appropriate reward, "DSUs generally cannot be redeemed until after your retirement, termination of your employment, or death

I wonder how many Boards associated with Baxter/Vantive partnerships ( customers, suppliers, distribution partners, etc.), that any ex-Baxter executives ended up on ?  I suspect that this might be the only one ;) MM
