That just leaves him with: Common shares: 431,459 Deferred shares: 674,301 Options: 2,127,292 @ .36 Those deferred shares might be a nice retirement bonus given the prospects of significant stock price appreciation in 2025.

The 1,397,396 indirect shares are 100% his shares and under his control as well. I'm pretty sure a few years ago he transferred those shares into a type of trust for estate planning purposes probably. I know this because I remember seeing the transaction on SEDI, where those shares went from his name into a trust that had whatever name he labeled the trust as. So in total he still ...more
