All good info and fair points.  Range bound price controls appear to still be in effect for whatever reason (eg last round of financing approaching with associated handouts, continued and deliberate effort in staying off the radar until Baxter CG does there thing, etc. )  The FUD group still has a small but diminshing role to play in this regard.  3 months from ETA on Top Line
