Over the last 5 Years You could have taken the Incredible Advantage of Buying Spectrals Shares at SCREAMING BUY price levels.and BUY the way it still is.IMHO and accumulated a position worth really waiting for! I called a Bottom at .47 Last weekadded a very decent chunk of Stock between .475 -51with an average price of .4925

Not to dispute your musings; all true! However, the responsibility of the C-Suite is to build shareholder value and clearly that has not been accomplished.  Additionally, I am certain Seto does want the same thing, but he also gets to keep filling the basket with DSUs and PSUs...go without this year!

100% Feb 19 will mark the 6th year since the trial of 150 patients was approved. No one would have ever believed they would deliver this little. But each year they enrolled a fraction of their goal, and rewarded themselves millions of SUs for the weak effort. Why not milk it for a couple more years as they are incentivized by millions more options for doing so...
