Insider buying

Check it out for Thursday. Very large block buying. Makes the lack of a trading halt look even worse.

Maybe you could have posted the info or a link to it.  would have been helpful. You mean LaMancha buying 500K at $26?  It closed at 26.40 on Friday so not sure what that really means.   Anyone entity selling 500K is going not ignorant of what's going on. Or was there others?  I don't find too many places to get reliable (and free) access to insider trades in a ...more

Hey tC I get my insider trading and short positions ( as well as SEDAR access) in one convenient spot at CEO.ca on many stocks there's an active discussion board as well ( not so much on this one - but some)  MM

Another source is Canadian insider, you will see that another 66 000 shares were bought on Friday on the LSE.

The original source for insider trading in Canada are sedi , or a few use sedar. Both are difficult to navigate to find what you are looking for compared to ceo.ca. I wouldn't rely 100% on the accuracy of ceo.ca but I agree it's very convenient, and rarely misses trades. It's not easy tracking a transnational investor in a cross border(s) listing. Another trade filed today. Perhaps it& ...more

Thanks for the replies.  I guess i have not been looking in the right spot on sedi - I've only seen Early Warning reports.  I'll check out ceo.ca as that sounds interesting Sedar's slogan "Making the most obtuse, unintuitive and unusable website for over 2 decades!".  You'd almost think it was intentional. Did not read that post - at least did not get ...more

Sedi is WORSE than Sedar. LOL. Probably because it's quasi government, and quasi law firm, so you almost NEED a lawyer to file the GD forms, and of course it's required filing for officers and directors. So billable hours baby! . If you're determined, Try access public filings. Then summary reports. Then I usually go to "by issuer", enter endeavour plc , and a few more ...more

I actually meant Sedar as i referenced later.  i don't know about sedi I'll check that out - as i said, i have only seen Early Warning reports on Sedar.  tC

Yes I was referring to the 500,000 share block trade. Note, there was a smaller trade filed today. I see EDV traded more in London than toronto today. Anyone know if that's typical? Toronto trades more than usa typically, but edv only trades OTC in the USA which also limits USA regulatory reporting as it is not the primary regulator. And bad news. Sedar lists the primary regulator as the bcsc. ...more
