Unless Sebastian secretly sold off Hounde, or lost it in a poker game, seems the recent share price action is a little over blown.  Just dumping a bunch of weak hands it would seem.  Be nice if Endeavour would come out with a statement that all is well, but can see the wording would be diffucult to make.  No doubt the funds that own almost all of EDV have been informed that nothing has changed. A great buying opportunity for anyone who has some cash. I didn't make notes, but seems about 3 million shares? have traded since the big announcement.  What's that? .1% of outstanding. 

I never got a reply from my email to Garth at Kalloghlian Myers re his class action.  Can't see any Endeavour share holders being dumb enough to want to sue their own company.  As some what of an aside, I see another one of these ambulance chasers, Diamond Diamond , is suing a bunch of illustrious Canadian Universities.  Seems someone painted a swastika somewhere at one of them, and there were some demonstrations in favour of Palestinian Rights, which hurt the feelings of some of the Jewish students at those Univerisities.  And Diamond Diamond figures they can make some money from this.

between Friday 5th and today's closing - 7.97 million traded on TSX American houses & Anonymous selling first days  but buying these last couple. on LSE - they seem to be following TSX - was up a bit before TSX closed then followed. the RSI has crashed through 25 taking it to its lowest level in 5 years. Kinda suggests we are pretty oversold. shorts were up 120% - 1
