Yes it does. You gotta hand that to them. A number of years ago they were all exited about producing copper and spent some money on that. It didnt work out. Then about 4 years ago they got the idea to produce vanadium from existing tailings. They spent a lot to get that up and running only to see the vanadium price collapse so that was the end of that. Now they are all gung ho about producing rare ...more

I know recently the US government has been interested in securing rare earth supplies. And have taken some actions. They gave a ton of money to Lynas to develop rare earth facilities in the US. EFR got nothing so they are basically winging it on thier own. Will it pan out? I think the main concern the US has is reducing reliance on Chinese supplies. Thats what led to the bankrupty of Molycorp ...more
