Billy Kawasaki’s Insights - Billy’s most-liked answers from 5i Research. The merger is highly accretive to EBITDA and cash flow. The merger does make sense. It will lower cost of capital over time. They would essentially double their size. The deal is overall positive. It is normal to see some pressure with all-stock deals due to concerns about dilution.

Thanks for posting! I have followed this name for a while and have been highly intrigued with the valuation at this price range.  One of my issues with Enerflex has always been my perception that insiders don't really have enough skin in the game that was purchased with their own money. If I am mistaken please correct me; otherwise, I would like to solicit your view on what made ...more

I'm a " You can lead the horse to water but you can't make him drink" guy. I missed out on Google that way because nobody described what the company did in a way that I could understand.
