Seem to be chomping them up! I think we are looking strong here and ready for the next move up. 3 analysts have a target avg of 3.08. Why?

Like your "Enthusiasm" but there is absolutely nothing to get excited about on the technical front. This is stuck in a low volume trading range between 1.50 and 2.00. If and when we ever break 2.00 on higher volume and hold the 2.00 level, thats when to take notice.
