Spillover effect of Penn's takeout of TheScore?
Although quarterly results will be issued next week, I wonder if today's announcement of the acquisition of TheScore by Penn National Gaming is driving today's price/volume.
The acquisition is driven by vertical integration of media, gaming, and online betting and I believe this strengthens the business case EGLX is pursuing. And, I certainly don't mind seeing SCR taken out for USD$2 billion on top-line 9-month revenue of CDN$27 million.

EGLX pro forma revs of 127 mill for 2020 110 mill shares outstanding ! SCR 9 months revs 27 mill...50 mill shares outstanding! Do the math we are MASSIVELY UNDERVALUED HERE!

EGLX Market Cap at $800 Million.... at approx double the revenue per share (compared to SCR) and the SCR valuation in the take over, my math suggests a potential 4x + from here (comparatively) With yesterday's take over bid, I personally think EGLX is worth at least $20 per share Does anyone else have anything to add to potential valuation?
