CEO linked to an OSC investigation

Per the article below:
OSC has an ongoing Investigation for various irregularities regarding a trust/lending company called Bridging Finance Inc.
Adrian Montgomery, CEO of EGLX, was a trust director of Bridging until Dec 2020.
EGLX has a current loan of 24 M$ with Bridging.

Of course makes sense that this is exactly why the SP is under pressure.  Probably no bearing on EGLX the company but until this story is explained.......hopefully ASAP!!!!!

he was a director of an executive, Rover Sharpe's, family trust. Very different from directing a Bridging trust lol get your facts straight.
