this company boasts about hitting milestones yet the BFS is yet to be seen. Nov. has came and gone, What now?

They have stated Q4 in the past and that ends on Dec 31st not Nov.  Also if you read the last news release they gave us a heads up stating it would be 60 to 90 days and that was on Nov 6th.  So yes its moved out some, not a major delay yet and they are keeping us informed.

It's not unusual for this company to miss target days by 2 months. Same thing happened with the NI 43-101 and the PEA. Both circumstances they gave a heads up and published the results within the revised timline.
