I'm sure you're right unless they ink a deal in January.  Their last financing wasn't intended to get them through 2016.  I think the plan is multiple small financings until they have something.  Welcome to today's resource market. What's your source or is it just a guess?  10 cents seems like a good guess.

Just kind of think that they have to be getting low on funds , salaries to pay and expenses. JMHO

Yes, it's reasonable to assume that a small financing is forthcoming.  I'm glad they're keeping them small.  That means that they think they have multiple options.  I think they're holding out for the best but are ready for next best if option A can't get it together.  Our graphite is outstanding.
