Points to Ponder

Looking at the various posts over last couple of days:

ENZR do have enormous dilution and senior management lack of equity is of more than passing concern.

Irrespecitve of various developments in the Li and graphite space (Tesla, VW, Li-batteries, etc., etc.), ENZR will get zero benefit from any of this, unless they are in a position to sell into these markets.  They are nowhere near this.  They have been promising for years now but ... nothing. (Last news given to SH was 'watch November'. Anybody see any announcements from November?

The reality is that they do not have an off-take agreement.  They don't get an off-take agreement until they get their BFS completed.  They can't get their BFS completed without a mining permit.

They have been promising permit granting for nearly 3 years now and still nothing.  In fact, they have raised significant sums in the past supposedly for the specific purpose of permiting. Nothing.

Mr. Ecclestone is a very astute analyst, however those 'Investor Intel' articles are pay-for-play; just like ProActiv Investors and Resource Stocks and other publications. They serve a useful purpose, but should not be used as a primary basis for evaluating a company.  They are PR.

Holders need to be tough on management on all issues. I suspect that all is not as it seems with this company.  They've even had fights with their former directors. Liabotis sued them for $34K for abusive termination - check the Form-10 reports. If they can't get along with each other, how can they run an effective operation?

My thoughts - DYOR.

You make a good case concerning dilution, but one has to consider that Energizer Resources is a development stage company.   I am not defending the share dilution, but markets have changed considerably over the past several years. As a result Energizer went from Uranium, to Vanadium and is presently a Graphite developer, all of which have added to costs and the dilution problem. I feel ...more

River; Thanks for a considered response.  You raise some fair points regarding the history of this company. My position in a nutshell is simply that ENZR have been in the graphite space since mid-2011 - over 5 years now.  After getting off to a reasonable start, they have done essentially nothing - except talk - since around mid-2012.  Bit of bulk sampling, some re-testing (& ...more
