Question: Want to know your opinion on this company, do you consider this as a good income for the ling terme? 
Answer: 
Over the years, EIT has done a good job at maintaining their asset value while paying out a high distribution, so for income purposes, we would be fine with EIT. The portfolio itself is well diversified but with a concentration on financials and larger-cap names in Canada and the US.
