Morning trading - NAV EIT

It looks like now, with the new proceeds from the offering they have re-balanced the EIT portfolio. The last 2 days my calculations have been off by more than 2 cents..... I will have to wait till the next quartly document is out to recalculate the new portfoilio balance.

At present I'm showing the NAV up .40% for the day however I believe it could  more.... this put the NAV share price at 12.33.
