This put the NAV @ $13.83

The NAV doesn't seem to matter much for EIT.UN. They pay....

Yes EIT has always been great for paying the dividend..... however the stock price generally trades about .20 less the NAV My calculations shows EIT portfolio down - 1.17%... this gives EIT a NAV of $13.93 Golferman
