Fund managers

What is crazy is you can take 2 million $ to a mutual fund manager and ask them to put your money in a secure place and what kind of return can I get.. I've sat in front of several of them. Story is always the same. Well we can get somewhere between 3 and 5 % based on your risk tolerance. Why funds don't buy a boat load of this is beyond me.. I understand not putting money in the high risk splite funds for mutual managers but for here.  Hmmmmmmm.

Without any doubt, Robert Taylor has had exceptional performance over the past 4 years (post coved) in managing this fund. However, from 2013 to 2020 his performance was quite mediocre as Capital was being lost to maintain the distribution. The advantage that he has had over other managers is that he could invest in the U.S. and wisely did. The future will tell us the ultimate story. The small/mid ...more

Yes he has done a great job post covid. From the lows of I think around 7$ to today over 14$ plus around 5$ in divis are the kind of stories fortunes are made of. Much better then most especially all the none diversified real estate funds.
