Any Hope For News?  There are two possible explanations for Alain selling his shares and putting them in the Tax Free bracket , especially since he took a few cents loss on the sale and repurchase price (that I can see anyway). One would be possible good things coming soon (or he would have just dumped and not rebought) and wanted them sheltered in the tax free bracket because there would be a significant increase in their value. Or two, because the direct ownership shares are taxed or looked upon as part of a merger package price if the company was to merge or be bought out by another company and the holder wouldnt receive the market value for them. Indirect shares and direct shares are treated differently. Either way there must be something good coming down the tubes?  BBD maybe?
