takeover target?

does anyone else think eko is currently a takeover target? maybe a competitor such as 3m could be interested in their patents. or perhaps another conglomerate looking to diversify their holdings? not trying to start a rumor, just a topic to discuss.

Take over? All they have to do is buy on open market! Under $1 they could get more than 50% of total float!

Bambam,   Don't be a goof. If any company buys > 10% of Noveko shares, they are termed insiders and that info is available to everyone.  If they obtain > 20% of the shares, I believe they must circulate a takeover circular. Now, if 3M wanted to buy EKO, they certainly would not buy > 10% of the outstanding shares on the market as that would reveal their intentions. They
