as always ill timed announcement from management..........they will always announce news on down day where it makes no difference at all, I wonder if they're that stupid or simply do it on purpose?

There is also the little thing of the Q1 financial results coming out today combined with the fact that future development news of any kind is also capex news and not necessarily good for short to medium-term net profit and sp.
