Nobody is dumping. Shorts are trying to manipulate the price and cover their position before Q4 is released which will be beautiful. Just take a look at https://money.tmx.com/en/quote/EFL/trade-history to see who is "selling". LOL scare tactics to get newbies to panic and sell their shares. LOL. So obvious.

Yes,  This stock is so thinly traded that it does not take many shares to move the price.  I am currently in a hold as I see much brighter future in January.  I don't think I would like being short when earnings are announced.
