Steven Berkenfeld
Steven Berkenfeld is the guy that Electrovaya hired a couple of years age as a consultant. He looked the company over and it's products. Then he developed a plan to lay out the path forward for Electrovaya. The path he presented was to join "NY Best" and sell their batteries to E-Bus and ESS customers. So far that plan seems to be working out progressing nicely. I guess you could consider the board appointment as a reward for a job well done.
