Anybody know?
It would not seem that a board appoinment would drive any stock up 15%.
However, that was the only news I could find.
If anyone knows what's up, please share it.

Steven Berkenfeld has an investment firm. It would be my guess that the firm is taking a position in ELVA. It appears Steven brought a little money along with him!

Thanks for the input. Looking at today's charts from both sides of the border, it does look as though there were 4 or 5 trades in total that accounted for most of the volume. If it is him, I hope he keeps pushing the price up.

I would think an initial position would be 100K shares of Friday close whichever comes first. Next week there will be more competition for the shares so Friday will probably be the cut off. There is an investment conference next week and most likely an Electrovaya announcement on Year end financials.
