I asked this question a long time ago but never got an answer.
It's about liscensing the fireproof aspect of ELVA's batteries. Some EV manufactures are having an awful time with fires from their batteries. 
I assume that Electrovaya's patents are iron clad because I haven't seen anything about others using the technology in their products.
Of course it would be a major catch 22 to sell the technology and the rights to use it as that may put us out of business. And of course the business of a business is to stay in business.
They say everything has a price. Who knows what this may be worth.
Some companies may be driven out by this problem.
Any spin would be welcome.

Electrovaya is not in the business of helping other battery manufacturers improve their batteries.  That would be like shooting yourself in the foot.  Electrovaya is in the business of making money.  We will soon see how much money they have made in the 3rd quarter come next Tuesday after close.  They have forcast record 3rd qtr revenue which also means improved profits.
