I asked this question a long time ago but never got an answer.
It's about liscensing the fireproof aspect of ELVA's batteries. Some EV manufactures are having an awful time with fires from their batteries.
I assume that Electrovaya's patents are iron clad because I haven't seen anything about others using the technology in their products.
Of course it would be a major catch 22 to sell the technology and the rights to use it as that may put us out of business. And of course the business of a business is to stay in business.
They say everything has a price. Who knows what this may be worth.
Some companies may be driven out by this problem.
Any spin would be welcome.
