Recall

Stellantis is recalling a hundred and fifty thousand jeep hybrids because of fires. The owners are being requested to park away from buildings until the problem is fixed.
Samsung made the batteries and said the promblem had to do with seperators.
I wonder if battery producers could replicate the ceramic solution that Electrovaya has in its batteries.
Would that result in patent infringment?
And if the big boys just ignored the patent protection, assuming it exists, ELVA would go broke trying to use legal methods to stop it. 
I owned stock in a company that happened to. Guess what happened to that company.
