Buffet ENB ?

Years ago Buffet acquired BOA below market, a private equity purchase ? would this not apply to ENB?

Stocktalk: Different set of circumstances with BRK's involvement in BOA. In 2011, BRK recapitalized BoA (via preferreds) to the tune of $5 billion after BOA took a $8.8 billion hit settling mortgage claims.
