The KXL executive order was just a reverse everything that Trump did, (especially if it undid things that he and Obama did), reaction.   Biden with his law and order VP will be about making laws not signing executive orders that can just be reversred easily by the next administration. They'll let the courts work it out.  The court's decisions on these perfectly legal

I agree whole heartily with your post but I need to throw in something that people are either missing or not believing it could happen. Both in reference to the statement from Rex about the libs being greener than Kermit and other stuff we see happening such as Whitmore and Line 5, and other rebutes on Line 3 and of course BC on TMX. I am on the fence as to whether these projects actually succeed
