Ms. Whitmer is using the Texas threat as a thinly veiled attempt to build up oil deliveries by truck before May 13th. 

By lifting time restrictions for deliveries, Ms. Whitmer could be opening up a whole new can of worms. 

Do you think local residents will like being awakened by trucks chugging by their homes early in the morning or in the middle of the night? 

Do you think that companies that deliver propane are going to suddenly find a stack of licensed drivers with good safety record out of thin air?

Ms. Whitmer better hope that an exhausted driver doesn't fall asleep at the wheel or slide on ice and bang into something or someone.

He really has a lot of useless posts where he goes at it with Fiddy & NPC on irrelavent topics (Fiddy's specialty   :-) The good news is that I very rarely see a posr or reply to Fiddy (whom I've had on ignore for quite a while). Yeah we all need to make a concerted effort to keep on topic. Some politics is fine insofar as it directly relates to the company in question, but when you get to irrelevant discussions like religion, it is best to refocus the attention to enb and ignore the losers. And I hope marner is still on to something, all I know is that this year is going to be great for enb if the politics die down and
