Fiddy What I know is that this line is going into operation. That's all that matters now, not some tiny innocuous drill fluid spill from a month ago.

AUTO - That is correct, Line 3 will soon be operational. However headlines about fluid spills, no matter how small, are never a good look for a pipeline....
