I think $60 is possible if Line 5 is completed but not this year.

60 "If Line 5 is completed" ?? It took more than 1/2 a dozen years to get Line 3 sorted out, no reason to think Line 5 won't take just as long. In the meantime, cross your fingers the old pipe doesn't spring a leak. C Kwong wrote:"I think $60 is possible if Line 5 is completed but not this year."
