The objective of the CER application has many folds. No matter what the revenue would not impact much since the pipeline is highly utilized. If it is not highly utilized then the contracts will protect the revenue. Even with contract, there will be clause that allow the producer to not fulfill for special situations. The most important point is for capacity management and expansion planning. With
