Ontario's Booking Portal Crashes Yet AGAIN !

Ontario’s portal for booking COVID-19 vaccines appeared to crash this morning as residents 50 and older who received their second shot at least six months ago became eligible for booster doses.

The provincial vaccine booking platform opened for appointments at 8 a.m., but shortly afterwards showed a message to try again later.:

The really sad thing is Canada fancies itself as a "First World" nation, it's a shame it doesn't act that way.  Fancy hyping everyone up to get their booster shot, then allowing the booking portal to crash as soon as it opens.  Talk about living in Guatemala north, Jesus... Fiddy you have no idea what you are talking about. There was a major global cyberattack over the weekend.  Plus provincial IT heathcare system is not centralized. Each health board is unionized and has their own distinct IT system / network. Some systems still work mainframe when booster booking is in the cloud. Huge disconnects, and no one can't touch unionized boards or tell

SILKOS - I highly doubt "the unions" deliberately sabotaged the proivincial booking portal. Doing so I'm sure would be a criminal act. You read what you want and understand what you can. You are using "deliberately" not me. I was pointing out problems within the provincial system, in this case you have no idea what you are talking about. Booking services are fully functional, hope you are happy and you can get over the "outrage" that the booking portal systems were down for about 1.5 hours in the am, that kids
