2022 is going to be very tough to guess
I was having a conversation with a friend in finance who said another bull run should begin in 2022, especially for the energy sector, and to get in early if I have extra cash on the side. I for one am not so certain, but I did find a compromise: ENB. Normally I would risk having a lot of SU but if things get squirrely it is safer to have ENB if you're torn between sitting in cash or going into something risky. Even if ENB corrects 10-20%, you'll be able to collect a stable dividend while the prices recover. What you don't want to do is buy too many tech stocks like SHOP at 1400 thinking it's a bargain, and then watch it go to 700.

I tend to agree with you although I do also own the producers and a few miners. ENB.t , SUN.t , ARC.t WCP.t, NVA. t, BNS.t, IVN. t, BTO.t
