Uvalde Texas is a small town with the population being 92 % white, I can't help but wonder if this was a racially motivated hate attack. Yeah but your list of ethnicities did not include Hispanic unless they were covered in the 4.3% Other race. I find it very hard to believe that only 4.3% of Texans are Hispanic, Could it be that they make up a very high percentage of the White category?
