I guess it really doesn't matter what's "banned", if there's zero enforcement. When knives are banned, only the outlaws will have knives. What a shame not even one of the 2 dozen plus stabbing victims didn't have a Glock in his waist band, definitely lives woulda been saved. The only way to stop a bad guy with a knife is clearly with a good guy and a Glock !!

Do you really think any of the victims saw them comming? A good guy with an aluminum bat would have sufficed. What kind of carnage do you think they could have inflicted if they had firearms? More? Probably. BTW were they out stabbing holes in Line 3?

I am sure that the multitude of American travelers that were going to spend their winter break in Prince Albert are canceling their travel plans as we speak. No piplines were harmed in the making of this thread.

That's ok they will just go skiing in Quebec. They don't think it is part of Canada.

Switchblades are banned, but in general folding knives (like the classic Swiss Army knife) are not. I think you'll find that the switchblade ban is old, older than Mr. Socks. Have you gotten around to blaming him for the sun shining? I blame him for solar eclipses -- he's had LOTS of time to legislate them out of existence. .

A good flipper pocket knife is lightning fast with a little practice. Don't leave home without it.
