This is very true. It won't be immediate, but as interest rates continue to drop and whatever form of investment people used comes due, a lot of the money will come over to strong divident stocks. With continued performance revealed by their financials, it could be a very nice fall for ENB investors. Plus, we should soon find out what the new dividend for 2025 will be, I am guessing the ...more

Getting paid to hold. Sell when the price is right. As far as stocks go that's about as easy money as it gets.

The baby boomers are retiring and have a lot of money. A lot of their own cash and from huge inheritances. They will want income from secure businesses. ENB fits that bill. I view ENB as the equivelent of the 407 toll highway. The most expensive toll road in the world but essential to Toronto traffic. ENB has been good to me.

Enbridge really isn't all that expensive... $54 cad for a near 7% dividend that grows yearly. Maybe people think it should be cheaper because it's transporting fossil fuels and that's apparently going away. Clearly I don't think that's happening, at least not as fast as some might think. Yes energy infrastructure is a basic necessity, even more so than a toll road, people ...more

It has a nice bump Friday , we hit 52 weeks high , as interest go down for sure 54$ is cheap , I bought a load at 38$ long time ago , I won't buy at 54$ but I will sell at 60$ ... will reinvest my profit or wait for a pull back or a market correction or some unfortunate event .
