Has ENB management lost their minds? Where is the respect for existing shareholders?

Why didn't they just grow the business instead of going out and making another acquisition and assuming debt?  What happened to their existing pipeline of projects and growth plans?

The   bigger   it  is   the more   they  will  pay  themselves   . Its    about them  not  shareholders  .  Reminds   of     AQN    guy    Bansky   who  was going  to   buy coal fired  Kentucky   utility
