Rob is the Big Kahuna at ENS (E Split Corp) which is one of Middlefield's funds. ENS's only holding is ENB. ENS itself holds over 1% of the O/S shares of ENB. As such, Rob is probably more dailed in on ENB than any analyst on the street.
