CORVETTE - Not sure how closely you follow ENB, but generally good news announcements are met with a flat response, or even a decline in share price.  A nothing move by ENB today doesn't surprise me at all.  Perhaps their PR people should have made this announcement via a formal news release. I think Enbridge's cheerleading squad could definitely do with a makeover.... Corvette

I agree.  Anyone who sold even a partial position before the bump that the increase in revenue that Line 3 is going to create has not only missed out on a practically unmatched divy but also probably a doublle digit percentage increase in share price growth. I am overweight with Enbridge but I can't bring myself to sell a single share unitl after the completion of Line 3 and the profits

There certainly better be some reward coming to investors that have sat thru 7 years of drama waiting for Line 3 to be completed. Next up is another 1/2 decade as the Line 5 saga plays out.  Let's hope she doesn't spring a leak before that debacle is resolved.... Shareholders have already been rewarded every quarter with unmatched dividends and yearly dividend growth.  The share price growth is just the icing on the cake. If I was Enbridge I think I could make a good case that any leak in Line 5 in the Makinac Straits is a direct result of the current government intervention that prevented the replacement of it which was negotiated in good faith with

Quinty right on once Line 3 goes I suspect we will see a nice divy increase come Enbridge day. If these so called environmentalists that drive their SUV's and haul their cell phones to the various protests think oil is going anywhere soon they are nuts.
