Judge might need some time to render a decision thus leaving us in Limbo Land for days/weeks Maybe a front step settlement would be best?

This reminds me of a saying I heard long time ago: "in some parts of the US, you get the best judgements money can buy". On the other hand, if shutting line 5 down is going to cost more to people of Michigan to cook, heat or drive, some lawyers may sniff around for a class action suit. It could be lucrative.
