Wow....What A Move by ENB!

Will need to further examine this deal and look at the small details before i comment.... BUT WOW what a BOLD statement beng made by Enbridge and it's mgmt on soooo MANY fronts. Total price tag $14B! and picks up the assets of some VERY familiar long standing names in the American O&G scene. Truly a stunning AND unexpected move by Enbridge.......from my end at least......

Will comment further after reading & disgesting the entirety of this humongously crazy deal and all the detials involved.
