Well On gov may change their mind when delta, lambda, iota, sigma, upsilon, psi, omega varriants kick in. If the fed gov is gonna support this idea and there would be no cost for the province I don't see why they would say no. They love bureaucracy after all. Not sure what would be the reason behind it? Would you have extra rights? It would be weird not to sell bread to unvaccinated people
