Is Ontario Deliberately Fudging Their Positivity Rate ?????

Tuesday, Ontario reported 3,453 positive results after conducting 49,285 tests.  I don't have a doctorate in mathematics, but by my calculations, 3453 out of 49,285 is SEVEN percent.  Why is Ontario reporting it as a 9.9 percent positivity rate ?

Monday's percentage rate was bogus as well - W T F  Ontario ?????

Don't know why the enbridge stock thread has Covid stuff on it and Btw-- case counts are a nothing burger.. except to scare the population. whatvwe need to know is the illness level. hospitalization , the % of those vacc vets non vacc in the hospital and icu. What if  10,000 test positive and 100 are ill. And 1 in icu. see what I mean
