Even if he doesn't rule in ENB's favour he has pretty much predicted the path that the appeals process will follow all the way up to a currently right leaning Supreme Court. ENB has a long history of just saying no to states ordering them to shut down Line 5.  Wisconsin would just be another no on that list Go Enbridge! ;-)

I don't know, this judge seems to have a pretty good grasp of the political wrangling that is going on. They won't let ENB enter the reservation to take preventive action instead they go to court  I predict Judge arrives after sleeping on the facts crumples up complaint  hits a 3 pointer to the garbage can awards court costs to the Defendant  mumbles Frivolous  :)
