Time to Buy?

With a price of $10.73 I think its time for me to start nibbling away at this one.I really like the 10 Holdings in the fund although I would swop one of the oil majors for a gas stock to go with TOU , probably ARX. The divi yield of 14.5% is great. Pretty hard not to like this one right now.

Not a time to buy unless you think the middle east will go to all out war. Otherwise this probably drops until Xmas.
