With all the Federal restrictions it's seems CDN oil will pivot to current business practice of producing less to earn more. Smart. That means minimal expansion (bad for CDN economy and Unions) when $150 BN capital projects over 5-10 years are not done.  Also bad for govt elites when revenue drops. Higher capital gains tax also forces new proformas on all projects under consideration
