The pros will be pros

The pros know exactly how to play ENB when ENS does a RAISE.  They take the share price of ENB down at the start of the week following the announcement to grab shares from retail investors that don't know what is going on and then they ramp the ENB share price back up later in the week knowing that Middlefield will be buying more than a million shares (about $50 million worth).  

I don't expect retail investors to play the games that the pros play.  After all, the pros take advantage of inefficiencies in the market to make a living and us retail investors are just spectators.  However, if you understand the game, you can plan accordingly which makes it less likely that you will be a victim.

Good point Obscure.... Couple of things.. 1....yep it is difficult to be a precise and nimble as the pros.  Both of us have worked on The Street so we know what the pros do.  As retail investors we also don't deal in the volumes that they do and so they can make lots of money on small changes.  A close friend of mine "back in the day". was an options trading ...more
